In 2015, the consulting company PRC Engineering AB was acquired. Then Processus AB was formed by the former employees Mattias Liss, Sofie Wirandi and Nils Carlsson. They were proud of their previous employer and wanted to build on the quality stamp that the company had been associated with over the years. Several employees followed and wanted to join the exciting journey that Processus were about to embark on. It was important that the employees should be put in focus and to be involved from the start in the development towards becoming a first-class company, with focus on quality.

Determined and convinced that the knowledge and excellence they brought into the company would be the factor that was required for success.

The company should have a long-term view that permeated the company’s all functions simultaneously with a stable economy to provide the conditions that were required.
