Processus´ new Financial Manager reads numbers like musicians read notes. The numbers paint a picture of what is happening within the company and its achieved goals. A financial mindset is, according to Gunnar, a skill that can be perfected. One of the important skills is the ability to identify which PI (Key Performance Indicators) is relevant for the strategic development.

EARLIER EXPERIENCE:

15 years as CFO within media, IT and advertising. He has worked both with municipalities and the private sector, building rapport and implementing financial systems for change management.

WHAT IS BEST ABOUT PROCESSUS?

– My on-boarding was awesome, they had clearly thought it through. They scheduled a two-week program with meetings, and I got to sit down with everyone.
