Management system
A management system is vital to a project. Mastering it is essential when working with all the project´s disciplines. We have a lot of experience in programming PLCs, HMI and DCS systems, MES and IT solutions, as well as requirements, architectural definitions, systemization and support implementation.
Installation & commissioning
We assist with everything needed during the installation phase, be it with installation management, time planning, coordination of contractors, financial planning or education of the production personnel. Our 3D models support the installers and commissioners at the scene and during training. We are experienced commissioning managers and will gladly assist with tests (such as FAT, SAT), commissioning, trials with water and other technical tests.
Quality Assurance
We ensure the quality of our clients´ project from a risk management perspective. We manage various specialist services within validation, testing, and quality assurance.
Procurement
We are an independent supplier of components, equipment and management systems. We choose what is best for our client, based on the requirements and the financial frames.
Hygienic design
Processus has a vast amount of experience in the high demands and regulations of the pharmaceutical and food industries, such as GMP, GxP, GAMP 5 and industry standards.
