As Sales Manager, Lennart Sundell manages sales, proposals and turnkey projects. When meeting and negotiating with clients, he makes sure that they can rest assure that Processus will maintain the high quality, stay within budget and finish in time.

Every month, Lennart guides his coworkers through the latest leads and what´s on the agenda, ensuring that everyone feels involved. He meets a lot of clients, partly because it is rewarding, partly in order to stay connected with the reality and understand the needs.

EDUCATION: Electric Power Engineer.

EARLIER EXPERIENCE: Sales Manager for many years. CEO, Sales Representative and Project Manager. Background as an Automation Engineer and Electric Power Engineer, experienced in various industries.

When you enjoy spending time together, you talk with people from other teams. That makes it easier to grasp details and hear things, even when visiting clients. On occasion, our engineers get leads while having coffee at the client´s cafeteria, and those leads they then bring home.
