Mattias Ekeroth, Chief Operations Officer (COO)

As the company´s COO, Mattias carries the overall responsability for Project management. In short, it entails working proactively to ensure the success of our project operations. The role also includes implementing specific strategic decisions within the organization, as well as participating actively during the entire project life cycle.

EDUCATION: Civil Materials Engineer, the Royal Institute of Technology.

EARLIER EXPERIENCE:

Mattias has more than 20 years of experience within leadership and project management, in different ways in various fields. His project roles have included Piping/Mechanical designer, Process Engineer, Validation Engineer, and above all, Project management.

He has vast experience in operational project management, including portfolio management and Leadership operations. His theoretical background in a number of different project models, is thorough.

WHAT IS THE BEST THING ABOUT PROCESSUS?

– My co-workers!  And the fact that we listen to each other, share the same ambition and have the courage to keep developing. And last but not least, the fact that we have fun together!
